North Supply LTD does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any quotes created using the service and will not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect pricing or information entered by users.
7. Customer Data
Users may store customer or project information within the EaziQuote platform as part of managing quotes and jobs.
You remain responsible for the personal data you collect from your customers and how that data is used. EaziQuote processes this information only as part of providing the software platform.
You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Data Storage and Backups
EaziQuote stores information entered by users as part of providing the platform. While we take reasonable steps to protect and maintain this data, we do not guarantee that stored information will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.
Users are responsible for keeping their own copies of important business records, including quotes, invoices, and customer information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Supply LTD will not be responsible for any loss of data stored within the platform.
9. Acceptable Use

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
Interfere with the operation or security of the service
Upload malicious software or harmful content

You must not attempt to misuse the EaziQuote platform or interfere with its normal operation.
This includes attempting to access parts of the system you are not authorised to use, using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform, or placing excessive load on the service.
We reserve the right to take reasonable action to protect the stability and security of the platform, including restricting or suspending accounts where necessary.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the EaziQuote platform, including the software, design, branding, and content, remain the property of North Supply LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own business purposes while your account remains active.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
12. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features of EaziQuote may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to update pricing, introduce new plans, or modify subscription features in the future.
13. Trials and Free Access
From time to time, EaziQuote may offer free trials or free versions of the platform to allow users to explore the service.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free features, trial periods, or promotional offers at any time.
Where a subscription begins following a trial period, charges will apply according to the selected plan unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends.
14. Limitation of Liability
The EaziQuote platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Supply LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or losses resulting from incorrect quotes or information entered into the system.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may harm the platform, its users, or our business.
You may stop using the service at any time by closing your account or cancelling your subscription.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
